Food is at the centre of a stay at Ai Canipai. Two on-site Italian restaurants serve honest, local-style cooking, from a generous breakfast to a slow candlelit dinner. A bar, coffee house and snack bar keep the day going, and room service is on hand when you prefer to eat in.
Packed lunches are available on request for a day out on the trails.

When the warm months arrive, the seasonal outdoor pool opens with a view over the Apennines. Sun loungers, umbrellas and a pool bar make it easy to spend a whole day outside. The garden and terrace, with outdoor furniture and an open-air bath, are yours to enjoy year-round.

From the village of San Romano you can reach the Verrucole Fortress, the wild woods of Orecchiella Park, quiet stone hamlets and long ridge walks. Hiking, cycling and skiing are all nearby or off-site. Our tour desk and car rental can help you plan the day.
Practical details for a smooth stay
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, with check-out between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Guests can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, CartaSi or UnionPay, while cash is not accepted and photo identification with a credit card is required at arrival. Pets are welcome on request at no extra charge, and guests under 18 must check in with a parent or legal guardian. Free private parking and Wi-Fi are available throughout the property, together with accessible facilities for guests who need them. Daily housekeeping, luggage storage, room service, tour assistance, car rental and a shared lounge are also provided. Hiking, cycling and skiing are available nearby, while bike rental, pool table, meeting and banquet facilities can be arranged for an additional charge. Parties and events are not allowed, and the team speaks English, French and Italian.
